Banks Property Group Pty Ltd was founded in 2002 by brothers Drew Banks & Scott Banks, both with comprehensive property backgrounds. They both recognised a void in the market when it came to the public being able to have direct access to quality property investment opportunities without the need to pay excessive fees.

One of the best ways to get excellent value for money in a HOT property market is to buy in bulk – wholesale, a complete group of units or apartments. Most investors are not able to afford this on their own and therefore are unable to capitalize on a group wholesale purchase and a strategic value add program. Most smaller investors therefore end up paying a developer a premium by purchasing at full retail price against strong competition from other buyers!
