Past Projects

We have bought many blocks of units and apartments over the years and had GREAT success with all of them. We purchase the complete block run the body corporate, and carry out the necessary improvements to increase the value. As we all have a common goal to maximise our investment return, the process is straight forward.

Below are a few examples for your information of blocks we have purchased in recent years.

2003 August – Settled: Caulfield North

1-6/24 Narong Road

6 x 3 bedroom apartments

We repainted the outside of the block and cleaned up the garden

 

2004 May – Settled:

1-8/21 – 23 Airlie Bank Road

8 x 2 bedroom units

Minimal work a general clean up of the gardens

 

2006 December – Settled:

1-6/1 High Street

5 x 2 bedroom + 1×4 bedroom + development land

Minimal work a general clean up of the gardens, and arranged the block to be strata titled as they were all on one title. The block is now on 7 titles.

 

2007 April – Settled:

1-4/9 Margaret Street

4 x 2 bedroom units

Minimal work, general clean up of the gardens, repaint gutters, fascia and window frames.

 

2007 June – Settled: St Kilda

1-8/47 Spenser Street

6 x studio + 2 x 2 bedroom

Minimal work externally – increased the rents
